1.  Should I wait and see if the pain subsides on its own?

The "wait and see" approach is not the best advice.  We see patients who followed this advice and are still in pain five years later.  Pain is your body's way of telling you something is wrong and to pay attention, not ignore it.  Not getting treatment allows your body to compensate for the injured area.  Even if the pain gets better, muscles tighten and joints don't move like they should.  This puts extra stress on many joints.  This leaves you vulnerable to re-injury, often worse than the first time.  Even more insidious is the wear and tear on joints after injury when they don't move as they should.  Without knowing it, they become worn out, arthritic and may eventually require joint replacement or other surgical correction.

2.  Can I prevent wearing out joints and the need for hip or knee replacement surgery?

Yes, but you can't wait until the hips or knees are worn out.  You must start much earlier to regain healthy function in the joints.

3.  Do you bill my insurance for me?

Yes.  A co-pay, along with all of your insurance information, is collected at the time of treatment.

4.  Do you accept patients who have retained a lawyer to help them recover costs associated with the injury that the insurance company does not cover?

In most cases, yes.  We do require a "letter of protection" from your lawyer.

5.  Do you have weekend office hours?

Yes.  We do see patients on Saturdays by appointment.  Give us a call.

6.  What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
